4. Prime time health.
Prime time health let you know of health enhancing skills that can actually help improve your health status. It consists of 4 series, which includes: 1. Make your own medicine. 2. Make health your hobby. 3. Move waste from your waste. 4. Live without pain and inflammation. You only take one of the series at a time by following the numbers above.
1. INDIVIDUAL CONSULTATION FOR LEAN START PROGRAM:
Through zoom, you will receive the personal consultation you need in regard to you or your family need in other to meet your health goals. It consist of 6 different sessions. You can either take the course as a series of 6 (60)- minute sections or
6 independent 60- minute per each sections over zoom. Any order you like it.
You can as well take only one section, preferably the first section.
2. PANTRY MAKEOVER OR FRIDGE MAKEOVER:
I will join you through zoom and help you with your pantry or fridge makeover. I will show you what type of pure foods you and your family need in other to stay healthy. At the end of the consultation, you will feel comfortable selecting your foods, and feel very happy knowing that you are selecting the nutrient dense foods for the optimal health of you and your family.
I will teach you how to reduce or remove the problem causing foods and replace them with a pure food gradually. You will know which foods are the culprit to your ill health.
You will learn which spices is beneficial to your body, and all
other important information to improve your health.
3. HOW TO READ FOOD LABELS:
In this course, through zoom you will learn how to read food labels. Food labelling regulations are getting more complex and tricky and so, it is harder to know the right food products. Therefore, learning how to know the difference between the junky and healthy foods is very important.

You will learn how to make better choices.
